Clothes Rail operates its cancellations & returns policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order and email us before it has been dispatched, your money will be fully refunded to the bank account/card from which you paid within 48 hours.
If you wish to cancel your order once the item has been dispatched but you have not yet received it, you will be entitled to a full refund of the cost of the item. Your refund will be credited back to your account as soon as possible, and within 30 days of receiving your notice of cancellation.

Returns Procedure
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase in anyway, you may be eligible for a refund.
To qualify for a refund you must notify us by email or letter within 7 working days of receiving the goods. During this period of cancellation, you, the customer, are under a statutory duty to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. Clothes Rail has a right of action against consumers who breach this statutory duty of taking reasonable care. The customer also has a statutory duty to take reasonable care to ensure that the items are returned undamaged to Clothes Rail.

Items should be returned as soon as possible and, except where the goods are faulty, the customer is responsible for the postage cost of returning an item. It is recommended that customers retain proof of return postage in the event that returned goods are lost in transit.
Refunds will be credited to the account from which the customer purchased as soon as possible, and within 30 days at the latest.
Alternatively, customers can exchange an item for any other, subject to availability. In such cases, Clothes Rail will pay for the exchanged item to be delivered to the customer.
Complaints Procedure
If you consider the goods you have purchased from Clothes Rail to be faulty after the cancellation period has ended, you may still be entitled to a refund. In such circumstances, or if you have a complaint about any other aspect of our service, please refer to Clothes Rail's complaints procedure.
